MULTIPLE CHOICE

CHOICES seem to become more limited as one gets older.  Or does a person make more thoughtful choices as we age?  Sincei I tested HIV positive in 1984' then diagnosed with PML ten years later, i often feel as if my options  have been jfewer and much more liimited as time went on.   People tell me that anyone limitations re: the choices that I make are only as restricted  only in my own head.

Is this true or BS???
